My paintings interweave family photos, historical media images, and decorative patterns to explore how repetition transforms meaning. As a Bosnian immigrant born in Slovenia during the Bosnian Civil War, I often revisit themes of a life imagined before the conflict and the intricate aftermath it left behind.
